A criterion-referenced assessment tool was designed and field tested in 11 of 22 Myanmar’s midwifery education programs for content validation and reliability between raters. The validated tool with user guide and handbook are now available for conducting rapid assessments of compliance with good practice criteria in midwifery educational program globally.
